Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Boden pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 90 days to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwanted items in their original packaging and include the completed dispatch note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
